We aim to keep our website as up to date and accurate as possible. Our handbags and bijoux are handmade and in most cases one of a kind. Because we want you to feel and be different from each other, this is our promise of exclusivity to you! For this reason prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Although we try to show all the items as close to reality as possible, there may be some slight colour differences between goods viewed on the site and their actual colours.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email notification of your payment as a receipt so you know that the order has gone through and a very few days will part you from a new sparkling life! Depending on availability and after address and credit verification we endeavour to despatch your item within 3 working days by Royal Mail 1^st Class Standard. Should there be any delay to the despatch we will contact you and keep you posted on the progress of your order. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days. After postage we cannot be held responsible for delivery service delays … but we are always availalbe by email if you wish to contact us.

Returns policy (is there anything we can do to make you change your mind?):

Once you have received your order you have two options: either you keep your ‘hot stuff’ and enjoy it (recommended option); or you wave bye bye and send it back. Holidays are a feel-good and carefree time so if you are not happy with your purchase feel free to return any item you want within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. Due to the one of a kind nature of most of our pieces, we cannot guarantee an exchange with the same piece, although we’ll do our best. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty or the return is a result of our error (sorry, despite our enormous efforts we are human beings!). Please remember to send the item(s) back via a tracked signed-for service in its original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. Sorry, we will not accept liability for returned items lost in the post. Before returning anything, please contact us by email.

Please note we are only able to offer returns to EU based customers. All sales outside the EU are final as we do not yet have an international return policy in place. Refunds to customers outside the EU will only be given if the item supplied is faulty. Minor inconsistencies in the variations of colour or size do not constitute grounds for a refund. We strongly advise you to check purchased items thoroughly before removing any tags or the disposing of its packaging.

Privacy policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy; we will only use the information about you lawfully and store it securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and with our internal security policy. We will be collecting your name, address, phone number and email address to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not store either your credit card details or sensitive information without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date; you can always check by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
